For plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the customization.

Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our Site. However, in case a customization is required such as colour, sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. In case the product was bought on sale, an additional charge for customization/alteration is applicable.

Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments. Please contact our team at 91-9999378779 or email us at lablelmayaa@gmail.com in case you wish to make payments through netbanking or cash.

As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

Each product is carefully curated and made just for you,
featuring hand embroidery and custom measurements. The typical delivery time is
between 5 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the order and any

For international orders, please note that additional time
may be required for delivery.

We generally keep a 4" (4 inch) margin for all our custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.

We try to make the orders as per the standard size chosen by you or the measurements provided to us. However, if any alterations are required, we generally need about a week or two, however this varies from each and every product. If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order at our store in New Delhi. Please note, that we do not pick-up any alterations and the cost for delivering the product to us is to be taken care by you.

For all products shopped from a Multi-brand outlet, please contact the same multi-brand outlet for alterations.
